ingredients

  • Premium 1/2lb Wagyu Beef Burger
  • Black Pepper Bacon Jam
  • Aged Swiss
  • Sautéed Portobello Mushroom
  • Roasted Garlic
  • Truffle Aioli

Directions

  1. 1/2lb Wagyu Beef Patty (Schweid & Sons), season w/ Salt, Pepper, Garlic
  2. Grill to Temp (Medium)
  3. Place 2 Slices of Aged Swiss Cheese (Melt)
  4. Brush Brioche Bun w/ Melted Butter
  5. Place on Grill to Toast
  6. Place Bun on Plate, Add Truffle Aioli to Top & Bottom Bun
  7. Place Burger on Bottom Bun
  8. Add Black Peppered Bacon Jam (Top of Cheese)
  9. Add Sautéed Portobello Mushroom (Top of Bacon Jam)
  10. Close Bun & Be Happy 🙂
