Chef Ritamae
Chef Ritamae came from a humble beginning born and raised in Miami. Ritamae spent most of her summers with her grandmother on the beautiful island of Roatan located off the coast of Honduras. There, she developed a love and passion for cooking using fresh tropical ingredients and an array of robust flavors and spices. Chef Ritamae was inspired by the stories you can tell with every dish.Chef Ritamae began at a ripe age of 18 working at Burger Bob’s, a diner located in the heart of Coral Gables, working her way up and learning all the tricks of the restaurant industry.
